Deliver with Care

Always…

  • wear your face mask.

  • adhere to the rules of the road.

  • deliver all orders in the order specified by dispatch.

  • call the customer upon arrival.

  • have the customer meet you at the car window.

  • count cash payments in front of the customer.

  • be professional & courteous.

  • communicate openly with management about any problems that arise - we have your back!

Never…

  • enter a customer’s residence for any reason.

  • smoke / partake in the consumption of cannabis while on the clock.

  • deliver to public land (schools, parks, government office).

  • contact customers for any reason unrelated to the delivery of their order.

No Contact Delivery

  • Call customer upon arrival.

  • Customer will place money on doorstep / mailbox / other designated area.

  • Deliver order & retrieve payment from designated area.

  • Return to the car.

  • Text the customer when delivery is complete.
