Delivery
Average delivery time is 1 - 2 hours. Please note that delivery times vary depending on traffic conditions and order volume.
In order to respect the privacy of our consumers as well as ensure the safety of our drivers, deliveries arrive in an unmarked vehicle. Drivers carry the exact orders they are delivering - they do not carry additional products. Please have your valid ID available for viewing upon delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to federally owned / leased land (ie: parks, schools, government offices, etc). Residential delivery is preferred, however, other arrangements can be made at your request.
Consumption
Consumers are responsible for their own cannabis products after purchase. Public consumption of any cannabis product is prohibited. Driving while under the influence of cannabis is also forbidden by law. Never allow cannabis products to be within reach of children or animals. Returns & Exchanges
The Legends want you to be comfortable, happy, & high.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer exchanges on defective cartridges, vape pens, and batteries for up to 30 days after purchase. Cartridges and vape pens must have at least 50% oil remaining. To exchange a defective product text/call to inform us of the issue. We will set up an exchange and the driver will swap your faulty product with a fresh one!
In order to comply with safety regulations we cannot accept returns on flower, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, etc. If you have any misgivings regarding your purchase please reach out to us via text, call or email loc@legends-of-cannabis.com.
Right to Refuse Service
Legends of Cannabis reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Service refusal is warranted by but not limited to:: threatening/abusive language, counterfeit payment, falsifying identification, attempts to commit fraud, attempts to commit acts of violence. Legends of Cannabis strives to facilitate a safe, helpful & courteous experience for all parties involved. Members or potential members who create an unsafe or hostile environment will lose their membership & access to our service as a result. All violations regarding the welfare of our customers, staff, & business are documented for our records.
